Happy Turkey day

Happy Thanksgiving to all of our Customers, friends, and great people we've met along the way.  Hoping each and everyone of you have something to be thankful about today.

For me, I'm first thankful for my children, that teach me something new each day.  Second, I am thankful to my Husband, that has allowed me to pursue my dream, and be extremely helpful along the way.  Third, is my Family, always there, always filled with love.  Fourth, is my extended family, because without you, we wouldn't have lasted so long, and the support has been wonderful.

2014 Salsa Contest

What a great turnout of our 1st Annual Salsa making contest.  With 12 total registered, and tons of salsa, what better way to start off your morning?

Judge's Choice winner (tropy) went to Irene Hernandez from Sacramento

People's Choice winner ($66.00 bucks) went to Cheryl Theriault from Colusa.

Great job to all who participated, and thank you to our judge's for taking the time out of your busy Saturday to judge our salsas.

June 14th 2014

What a great turnout Saturday, June 14th during our ribbon cutting with the Colusa County Chamber of Commerce.  Thank you all so much for participating and coming out to support Williams Nursery.  We appreciate all of you for taking your time out of your day.

Have a great week (what's left of it), and try to stay cool in this beautiful weather.

Happy Gardening...

Wind wind go away...come back another day

The North wind is here which means water, water, water.  I know we're low on water right now, but a nice little spray on those newly planted veggies and plants will help as these winds tend to dry our plants out fast!  If you want to let them go for the day...make sure to get a little water shower on all your plants at least this evening.  Will help to save your babies from drying out.  Have a blessed day and happy gardening.

Let's start planting...

Great weather is with us, and what better time to get in that shade tree or shrub you've been wanting to plant in your yard.  Whether it's a conifer (like a Cedrus Deodora, or Sequoia Semp. Aptos Blue) whatever floats your boat, now IS a great time to get it in the ground.

Maybe you're looking for a fast growing shade tree.  Acer varieties give you about 36" of growth each season, and there are many color varieties to choose from.  Or is it a Fraxinus Oxycarpa (Raywood Ash)?

Spring Citrus has arrived

Citrus trees are great for planting in the Spring and Fall:

Yes... Finally warm enough to get in our very 1st order of Citrus wanting to get into the ground at YOUR home this Spring.  (All Dwarf varieties)

#5  Washington Navel Orange, Valencia
Orange and Blood Orange.  $34.99 Each

#5 Eureka Lemon and Improved Meyer Lemon(gorgeous green foliage) $34.99 Each

#5 Mexicola Avacado (Beautiful green color and blooming) $39.99 Each

#7 Dwarf Page Mandarin (quite large and popping blooms) $64.

Our Computer is back
